I wish to change my address.
In order for you to amend your address ,please sign in then click on [Account > View addresses] located on the top right of the main page, follow by < View addresses > and subsequently, click on "Add new Address".
You can add or delete the shipping address in "View addresses".
You will be able to edit the address by by clicking the address you wish to edit.
Do remember to click on the "Add address" button to save the details.
I lost my ID/Password
If you have forgotten your ID or password, please click the 'forgot password' at login page.
How can I use discount coupon?
You can find the field "Discount coupon" next to the item price. If you click the apply button you may check the available coupons you have and apply.
Payment methods
The listed payment methods are available for making purchases through Marine Alliance.
1) Credit Card : Card payments are processed electronically. Mastercard, Visa card payments are accepted at Marine Alliance site.
2) COD : If you were purchase provision for vessel, this option can be selected for purchasing.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use own freezer van, and local courier partners, all of them may keep your items nicely during the shipment.
